INDOOR DISPLAYS

The New Hamburg Fall Fair is located at 251 Jacob Street in New Hamburg.  

​

The fair runs from September 12-15, 2024.  The fairgrounds are open on Thursday from 6pm-11pm, Friday from 5pm-11pm, Saturday from 8am-11pm, and Sunday from 12pm-5pm.

Indoor spaces are for information displays only.  NO SALES ALLOWED.  There is no room for people to stand or sit with their display.  It is a static display. 

 

YOU CANNOT STAY WITH YOUR DISPLAY.  IT IS A DISPLAY, NOT AN INTERACTIVE BOOTH.

Displays need to be set up on Thursday afternoon between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.  If you are unable to set up your display during that time please contact us in advance to make alternate arrangements.  Displays must be removed between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on Sunday.  Anything left behind will be discarded.

​

When you arrive to set-up please search out the table in the display area with your name on it which will be marked in advance. 

​

We provide one 6' table for each display.  If your display requires electricity you must provide your own extension cords to reach the nearest outlet.

​

Each vendor is responsible for the set-up and clean-up in their own area. 

​

The Wilmot Agricultural Society reserves the right to decline applications from potential vendors for any reason. 

 

The cost for an indoor display table is as follows:

​

  • Indoor non-profit half table $0

  • Indoor non-profit full table $0

  • Complimentary table for existing sponsor $0

  • Indoor half table $20

  • Indoor full table $30

  • Indoor double table $50

​

Refund policy:  Refunds requested on or before August 1st are subject to an administration fee of $5.  Refunds requested on or before September 1st are subject to an administration fee of $10.  After September 1st no refunds will be issued.
