FOOD VENDOR SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY US, and PROVIDED WITH AN INVITATION TO JOIN US AT THE FAIR, please provide the following information prior to submitting payment. We would like to receive the documents first in case you have any issues gaining approvals so we don't end up needing to issue refunds. Thank you so much for helping to limit additional work for our volunteers by following these steps.
1: Proof of your valid food vendor permit with the Township of Wilmot
If you are not already licenced to operate a food truck in the Township of Wilmot you will need to apply for and obtain a permit through our local municipality.

2: Proof that you have submitted an event form with the Region of Waterloo Public Health Unit.

Here is the information about our event that you will need to complete the form
3: Proof of your ongoing insurance coverage for an amount no less than 5 million, listing both the Township of Wilmot and the Wilmot Agricultural Society as additionally insured.

Once you have obtained these 3 things please forward copies to commercial@wilmotag.com. Once you have done that you can provide payment you you'll be ready to attend the fair in September!
